Since the '64 is still a straight axle, you could use the aftermarket tube crossmember mount for the small blocks.
The 351C (Cleveland not the 351M), will mount up the same as a 289/302/351W, and uses a small block trans.
I have one going in my '62 unibody. I mounted it 1" to the right (passenger side) for steering box clearance. I also am using a 4x4 oil pan and pickup from a '79 400M for more axle clearance due to modified springs.

As has already been stated, the 289/302 uses the same mounts. Speedway and a couple other sources sell a "bolt in" crossmember that will do the deed. I put a 289/C-4 in my 64 years ago and it worked out real nice.
