Yes,
I took both axles and the front monos out of the Uni to make the 250 a 100. I built the rear spring packs from the 250's original ones though. The Uni's lowered rear springs were way too soft, the same thing done with the 250 springs seems about right. I'll know better how it rides after I have it driveable.
