windshield wiper motor

Post by realisticretiredone »

Been searching for info on how to fix wipers that won't go to park when switch is turned off. There was a discussion here many moons ago about this but have not found it. Thanks for any help. James. :(

Pull the wiper motor and remove the end with the arm. In there you will see a mechanical off switch or the remains of same. This would likley be an opportunity to install a later model motor with relay for delay wipers. Doubt you will be able to find parts to repair yours.
