colar in stainless around steering column

I couldn't find that two piece trim that fits around the bottom of my steering column. Mine was rusted pretty bad! I gave what was left of mine to a friend of mine that makes many things out of stainless steel. I have not got it back yet from him it's only been a couple of days however, I told him I would post what he was doing for me in case anyone was interested in the same part? If you are send me a reply back and I will get you a photo of mine (when i get it back) But I know it will be awesome! I haven't seen him do anything yet half way.
