That truck may smoke, but it looo=ks like its the only thing in his life his CRAP KARMA can't kill ! ;)

p.s. Beagles are just dumb enough to do that ;) My buddy has two of em, and he has one right now he WISHES would fall out of his truck ! hahahahahahha

Seriously, if you ever do make jerky, do not use regular iodized salt for the brine. Sea salt only. And I like some jalapeno's crushed up and put in the brine, just for taste.
