Post by neil66 »

I'm putting a 460 and c 6. In my 66. It has a ok 352 with c6 in it I'm thinking about putting the 352 in a shortbed uni will it work if I replace the straight front axle with the 2000 or newer crown Vic front suspension without to much modifying

The preferred suspension is the 2003-up "Panther" full size vehicles. I am not familar with the conversion to the FE; the only obvious problem I can think of would be clearance on the radius arms. The CV integral mount towers appear to be situated in a manner to allow fabrication of some engine mounting adapters. Exhaust clearance will probably also require custom fabrication. A "high" removable floor panel will also probably be necessary with the C6.
