My 460 with Dak front end has a rear sump so I think you will be good to go.

I switched my 390 to a rear sump 4x4 pan. The further back the sump is the better off you will be. Your first point of contact will probably be the rack lines for the power steering.
The dual sump (Mustang style) would be better than a mid sump pan (4x4 and vans) on a Windsor in my opinion.
If you haven't got your motor mounts built yet, I would also suggest moving the engine to the passenger side 3/4 to an inch to gain steering shaft clearance.

The other Dave (wolfee) has a 5.0 in his truck with the Dak. He used regular (80 style) mounts (he got them from Steve at IC) and didn't have a problem clearing the rack. My 460 I had to have Steve move the lines so It would clear.
You can kinda of see the motor mounts in these pictures.
