Project seat belt reinstall ACCOMPLISHED... who says humid 97 degrees can shut you down !
I believe these belt setups were out of a Brand X small sized pickup. While not a beautiful custom bit of work, they were easy to install and work perfect for my setup. Removing them from the donor vehicle was a nightmare. the star head bolts coated in rust and mud were frustrating, and DEVOURED my tools...
is the CHEBY S-10 the small truck? if so I think thats what they were from. Skip was the person that I believe found this application works well. While my seat belt colors aren't exactly right in the vehicle,, with all the colors in the seat cover, I can live with it.

Tried to put my driver side fender on, the door STILL wasn't close..
So i took the door back off and I think my top hinge was BLOWN out..I mean tweaked a bit. I must have somehow gotten a wrecked hinge mixed in with the better ones. both driver side hinges are swapped out now.
Went back to mounting it , and what an improvement. my truck will never be a 300 pointer, but the door is better.. to bad i messed so much paint up on the edges..
wheres my KRYLON !!!!
Its funny because I am starting to get the touch back to mounting the doors, used to be easy peasy, the re-learnin has been painful.

Hey Lance when you get enough together
take some measurements from the front bumper to the ground and from the rockers to the grouynd for me
.Looking at the chassis mount pics it looks like I could go lower with it so I am interested as to how high yours is now . Looks like theres a good 2-3" between the frame and the body

Carefulll Rick, We had Lance lower but when he tried to drive it and turn the front wheel it would not turn without hitting the front fenders, We had to build blocks to raise it up a little so the tires would clear in turns.

I am not opposed to buying rims and tires
. I also know a few other tricks to gain clearance with the fenders and still get down low
. Oh wait I already bought new rims and tires
18X9 and 18 X 10 bullits if I can just get the girl to get them off of her car
