Yes to the cross member in the rear and the frame rails in the front. I could have done a little better at hanger placement for looks but it works well.

• Did you have to move any of the frame cross-members?

I had to remove a cross member that was right in the middle. I believe it may have been extra due to the camper special. The two cross members on either side were spaced almost perfectly. However some trimming of the frame rails was needed as well.

• Is that 1" square tubing you used?

Yes. Galvanized but ended up POR ing it so that was overkill.

• What thickness of metal did you make the tabs/brackets out of?

Not sure, thin enough to bend by hand but hammer needed to get a sharp bend.

• Did you weld the heads of the bolts to the topside of the frame/cross-member so they wouldn't turn? Or were you able to figure out a way to get a wrench in on them?

I found some plastic spacers that I needed to drill to fit, when I screwed them onto the bolts (before the tank was in place) they were tight enough to hold the bolts in place. Nuts and lock washers went on tight.

• What did you use and where did you get the hardware for the filler neck and cap?[/list
  Gas cap and bung came from bikers choice. Filler tube was supplied with the tank. Kentucky mustang flea-bay.
  
  I need to find some flexible filler hose in order to make the bend and then some wood for the bed.
