'57 fairlane y block into a '64 slick
so ive found a good replacment motor for my 64 slicks y block that blew up. i found a good running 292 y block out of a fairlane. its a '57 so it will have the better heads. do i have to worry about any clearance issues? or any other problems other then switching out the engine mounts? thanks

You have to switch oil pan with pickup tube, passenger car has front sump and in truck is rear sump, and timing cover to get the front motor mount there. Also water pump has thicker shaft that is in passenger car. And oil dipstick is in different location.
