nope. it's a f25AK B5 rear end,

i just got in from washing the horse S**t out of the stake pockets and all the mud out from under the wheel wells. someone welded in some diamond plate in the bed one of the rear fender supports is broke away from the fender, it had a Texas DPS sticker in the front window.
I'm going to use it for work, with the 6cyl it should get better mileage than the 352 in the yellow truck i drive everyday.

Bill, I forgot to tell you. If your running out of room for all your trucks I'm sure I can find some space in my garage to take one off your hands

Man I like that truck!
Room for some much bigger tires on there, too.
Hope it runs as good as it looks. Great score! TR

Bill's earlier post referred to it being a F250....but it appears to be a 2WD, so I wouldn't have thought those larger opening radius fenders were available on a 2WD.
Hmmm..... maybe an old military or airline pickup truck that was ordered with the larger 17.5 or 19.5 wheels & maybe also got the larger front fenders?

Bill,
That sure is a sweet, solid and straight-looking truck!
Did you get any history on it from the past owner?
What can you make out of the info on the Warranty Data Plate?
Any ideas if that is the OEM paint or if there is another color paint beneath that tan?
How about a pic of the interior?

-- Very Interesting!
