i see the clock says 180 days till Slickstock . . . .
thats less than 1/2 a year

or only 6 months !

need to get ready for the KC '' vacation ''......

the wheat right now is about 3-4 inches tall and looks like grass
kinda like what is in this pic , only not as tall & green

usally in april time to get the tractors and equipment ready to go
discing / field culivating / ect....
then plant some corn / soybeans / milo , ......

usally around june 20th time to cut wheat

then go over all the ground with a disc , then again with chisel......

then change the oil in the 61 & top off the gas tank and head east !

Pat, nice to see someone still farms with FARM equipment. I kinda thought that might have gone the way of the Edsel.
Best of luck on the crops, and see you in about six months! And don't work that newest addition too hard, at least until you fix the brakes!

that would have been me

sold that truck last spring , that was a pic i posted on craigslist
if i sell something i want it to look its best
and that truck looked its best at about a 100 feet . . . . .

I remember seeing the AD !, it read, King Ranch special!, with saddle blanket trim and 3" of topsoil flooring, proto type!
