another white elephant. (iscoot)

Post by ezernut9mm »

my dad bought this thing and never rode it. i was wondering when he would call me to take it away. well, today was the day. i try and get him to sell this kind of stuff himself, but he wont. so i end up with it. i have no use for it and i can't even get it started. lol. it doesn't even have a full mile on it. i drove it around the parking lot of his apartments last summer when he first got it.
anyone in the market for a barely used 49cc scooter? i have never asked this man for anything since i left home 20 plus years ago. i think this is his way of giving me my inheritance while he is still alive. it's kinda weird.

took the carb off and blasted through it with some air. one of the passages was clogged. got all of the old yellow gas out and reinstalled the carb. runs like a champ. now it has almost six miles on it. it's going up on craigslist this week. thinking about a trade for a pull behind camper for ss. i don't want to sleep in my truck this year. august is a hot month around here.

i've gotten it up to almost 35 mph. 27 sustained on flat ground. there is a way to turn it up, but i tried it and it still only does 27mph. maybe my fat ass is too heavy for it.
