Very much very limited usage. Hard to do anything with it other than parades. Not practical for much else other than look good.

Those are used to move mobile homes with that short wheel base to get in tight spots

When I was a kid my Dad worked for a Mobile Home Company and that's the type of rig he used to pull 'em with. I used to go on runs with him in the summer or on weekends. When it was hooked up to a 60' mobile home it drove very well. Take the trailer away and you could barely keep the darn thing on the road!
