how do you read date of posted message

I have not been on the site for a long time. I am trying to see how old post are that Iam reading but cant figure out all the numbers listed?

they should read as normal dates and times

Look right above your (any) message text. I will says "Posted:" and a date.

Thanks J C. that got rid of all that unreadable stuff and put a date on there for me also.

I see why I had a problem now. Way down at the bottom where it says "Date Format", The box had "English" typed in.
